Our lab is actively recruiting postdoctoral fellows, PhD students, and research assistants. Given the interdisciplinary nature of our research, you will have the opportunity to be co-supervised by faculty from various fields, including computer science and engineering, business and management, cognitive science, etc. Please see below for the detailed expectations for interested candidates. ​

Recruitment Details

Postdoc Researcher: 

  • ​Strong interest in interdisciplinary research at the intersection of AI, healthcare, and product design for consumer wellbeing.

  • The candidate must hold a doctoral degree in one of the following areas: Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Cognitive Science, Psychology, Medicine, and related fields.

  • Publications in top-tier conferences/journals in AI, cognitive science, psychology, or medicine are preferred. 

PhD Student:

  • Strong interest in interdisciplinary research at the intersection of AI, healthcare, and product design for consumer wellbeing.

  • The candidate must have a bachelor's degree (or above) in one of the following areas: Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Cognitive Science, Psychology, Medicine, and related fields.

  • Publications in top-tier conferences/journals in AI, cognitive science, psychology, or medicine are preferred. 

Research Assistant:

We are currently looking for both part-time and full-time research assistants. Candidates with at least one of the following experiences are welcome to apply:

  • Experience in post-training of multi-modal LLMs, data construction, and model evaluation.

  • Visual chain-of-thought and multimodal RAG.

  • Agentic system for image and video generation.
